Mikiko Ikeda

Mikiko Ikeda joined Nikken Sekkei after graduating from Ritsumeikan University in 1989. Since then, she has gained broad experience across various administrative fields, working on systems for HR, labor relations, and general affairs -- including health management and employee benefits, women's advancement, childcare and eldercare support, talent development, and business continuity planning (BCP). In recent years, she has been responsible for workplace development across various regions, promoting environments aligned with evolving workstyles. She serves as a bridge between field operations and the entire company, and is committed to strengthening the company's corporate foundation.
