Mikiko Ikeda

In 1989, after graduating from Ritsumeikan University, she joined Nikken Sekkei. She gained extensive experience across various administrative fields and was involved in developing systems related to human resources, labor affairs, and general affairs—including health management and employee benefits, women’s advancement, support for balancing work with childcare and elder care, talent development, and business continuity planning (BCP). In recent years, she has been responsible for workplace development in various regions, promoting the creation of environments tailored to modern work styles. In her role as a bridge between the field and the company as a whole, she is working to strengthen the corporate foundation.
