After completing his studies in the Department of Architecture at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. There, he was engaged in management and consulting for architectural projects, handling a wide range of responsibilities from planning and conceptualization to project execution and stakeholder coordination. Subsequently, through a secondment to the real estate finance industry, he developed a cross-disciplinary perspective spanning architecture and finance. Upon returning to his original position, he launched a new business utilizing underutilized real estate and initiated the “Zenobe” project to promote environmental retrofits of existing buildings. He is working to create a new model for utilizing existing building stock that simultaneously improves environmental performance and enhances property value. He is responsible for operating the co-creation platform “PYNT” and is driving co-creation projects across various fields.
