Martin Pfirrmann

He graduated from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern in Germany in 2003 with a degree in urban planning and joined Nikken Sekkei in 2007.
From 2007 to 2021, he specialized in large-scale, complex master plan projects in the Middle East and the ASEAN region, consistently leading projects from the proposal stage through delivery to final production.
Since 2022, as the leader of the Urban Digital Design Section, he has been driving digital strategy and implementation in urban design projects. While providing hands-on support and team guidance in analysis, simulation, modeling, and visualization, he is enhancing the firm’s ability to address evolving urban and social challenges through the introduction and successful adoption of new digital design tools.
I also lead the ongoing adoption and implementation of Responsible AI, driving innovation in business processes and promoting the safe, compliant, and reliable use of AI in design and delivery.
I have held the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification since 2017.
