Ryosuke Kubota

In 2000, after completing the Master’s program in Environmental Engineering at the Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University, he joined Nikken Housing Systems. From the time he joined the company until 2014, he was responsible for the design and supervision of numerous apartment complexes, dormitories, and company housing facilities in the Tokyo, Kansai, and Chubu regions.Since 2014, he has been engaged in consulting and management services for condominium redevelopment projects and other initiatives; in recent years, he has been in charge of the Gaien House redevelopment project. In April 2025, he transferred to Nikken Sekkei following a merger. He is a First-Class Architect, Condominium Redevelopment Advisor, Redevelopment Planner, and CASBEE Building Evaluator.
