Tadami Kamiyama

A native of Yokohama, he joined Nikken Sekkei in 2017 with the goal of gaining a more comprehensive understanding of building systems from the ground up.
His main projects have included mechanical systems supervision for Nippon Leetech, the Marubeni Headquarters Building (third-party supervision), the Nishi-Gotanda 3-chome Project, and Gakushuin University’s New East Building No. 1.
With experience in the construction of offices, hospitals, factories, redevelopment projects, and hotels, I draw on the technical expertise I have cultivated to anticipate defects that do not appear on drawings or other documentation. I strive to implement preventive measures on-site and ensure that the completed spaces provide a comfortable environment for users.
