Takashi Tei

After gaining experience in the financial industry, he earned a master’s degree in urban development from Columbia University in the United States in 2000 and joined Nikken Sekkei that same year. He is currently involved in large-scale mixed-use development projects across a wide range of regions both in Japan and overseas, focusing primarily on planning and proposal development in his specialty area of real estate development. He is currently responsible for project management for development projects in East Asia and integrated resort (IR) projects in Japan. He also holds the ARES Master certification from the Association of Real Estate Securitization (ARES).
