He joined Nikken Sekkei in 1990. His specialty is architectural design. Since joining the firm, he has been in charge of numerous large-scale mixed-use developments, sports facilities, and office buildings that incorporate unique programs integrated with urban development.
He has been responsible for projects such as “Queens Square Yokohama” (1997), a pioneer in TOD development; “Saitama Super Arena” (2000), which achieved spatial expansion by moving architectural blocks; “Shibuya First Tower” (2010); and, in his role as design architect, “Onward Park Building”(2014) and the “Nippon Life Hamamatsuchō Claire Tower” (2018). He is a First-Class Architect and a member of the Japan Institute of Architects and the Architectural Institute of Japan.
