At MIPIM*, an international real estate event held in Cannes, France, in March 2017, the “Kashiwanoha Smart City Innovation Campus”—a project in which our company served as a design consultant for the urban design guidelines—won the “BEST FUTURA MEGA PROJECT” award.
This project aims to create attractive, people-centered communities by developing sustainable, high-quality urban spaces. As a design consultant, our company has collaborated with the U.S.-based architectural firm ZGF Architects LLP to develop urban design proposals.This award recognized the project for its contribution to future urban development, the realization of an environmentally conscious city, and the formation of a community deeply rooted in the local area.
