Through the use of an optimal mix of electricity and natural gas and the utilization of reclaimed wastewater, the “Sasashima Live 24” project achieved energy savings and load leveling in the neighborhood. It received the Reiwa 2 Demand-Side Management Award (sponsored by the Heat Pump and Thermal Storage Center, a general incorporated foundation) and the Chairman’s Award from the Heat Pump and Thermal Storage Center.
