Showa Gakuin Elementary School’s West Building was selected to receive the Excellence Award and the Chairman’s Award from the Japan Housing and Wood Technology Center (a public interest incorporated foundation) at the 27th Wood Utilization Contest (sponsored by the Japan Federation of Young and Middle-Aged Woodworkers’ Associations).
