Nikken Sekkei Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director President and CEO: Atsushi Omatsu, hereinafter “Nikken Sekkei”) and Nikken Housing System Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: President and CEO: Hiroyuki Usami, hereinafter “Nikken Housing System”) have decided to merge effective April 1, 2025, with Nikken Sekkei serving as the surviving company.
For over 50 years, Nikken Housing Systems has leveraged its extensive expertise in the design of multi-unit residential buildings and other structures to build a trusted brand in the housing sector by creating systems that support “lifestyles.”We are confident that this merger—by combining Nikken Sekkei’s comprehensive capabilities with Nikken Housing System’s technical expertise and track record—will enable us to achieve further growth in the housing sector and make significant contributions to solving increasingly sophisticated and complex social issues.
Under this new organizational structure, we aim to reorganize our value-delivery system in the housing sector and enhance client trust, thereby ensuring our sustainable growth as a group of professionals recognized by society.
Taking this opportunity as a new beginning, all of our executives and employees will redouble our efforts with renewed determination.
