On March 5, I participated in the “Japan-Russia Urban Environment Seminar,” held in Moscow, Russia, and organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, JETRO, and the Japan-Russia Urban Environment Council.

On March 5, the “Japan-Russia Urban Environment Seminar,” organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, JETRO, and the Japan-Russia Urban Environment Council, and held in cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Construction and Housing, was held in Moscow, Russia.
At the seminar, Nikken Sekkei presented a panel exhibition featuring an urban development project in Russia for which we were responsible for the master plan, as well as a Russian-language book on Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) published in late 2014.In addition, Fadi Jabr, Deputy Head of the Client Relations Group (Middle East, Russia, India, etc.) at Nikken Sekkei Executive Officer and Head of the Dubai Branch, gave a presentation on “TOD Development and the Potential of Smart Cities in Russia.”
