On June 15, at the “China Urban Development Think Tank Forum” hosted by the China Center for Urban and Small Town Reform and Development, our company’s Atsushi Omatsu and Zhongxiao Lu delivered presentations on the topics “Basic Concepts and Practices of TOD” and “Shibuya Hikarie: Design Strategies for Public Spaces in Integrated Hub Facilities.”
The forum was moderated by Director Li Tie and featured participation and exchanges among relevant departments and organizations, including the Basic Industries Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Land Use Department of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the China Railway Corporation, the Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute, and the magazine *Finance and Economy*.
