Nikken Sekkei is a comprehensive design firm engaged in architectural and civil engineering design and supervision, urban planning, and related surveys, planning, and consulting services. We listen earnestly to the voices of society and our clients, guarantee unwavering value and quality, and work every day as a group of experts pioneering the forefront of social and environmental design.

To raise the overall standard of the architectural design industry, we are hosting a seminar for students aspiring to become architects to help them understand the nature of work at an architectural firm and its future prospects. If you wish to participate, please apply according to the guidelines below.
We hope this seminar will be of assistance to you in your academic pursuits and as you plan your future careers.

1. Tour Details
You’ll walk through the workspace alongside the architects who designed the Nikken Sekkei Tokyo Building and experience the atmosphere of a design firm’s workplace firsthand.
This is a valuable opportunity to observe real-life design work firsthand, including design department staff sketching, using BIM, and holding meetings.
There will also be time for a Q&A session.

2. Target Audience
Undergraduate and graduate students interested in architecture (all academic years welcome)

3. Date and Time
Friday, October 23, 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM (approximately 2.5 hours)
