The 35th NSRI Forum

Amid changes in the business environment—such as the advancement of the knowledge-based society, the acceleration of globalization, and the rise of network technologies—the nature of the workplace has become a key management issue for many organizations.
For this forum, we are pleased to welcome Ms. Hua Ying (Infah), a researcher specializing in the workplace at Cornell University in the U.S., and Mr. Katsumi Kawahara of Daikin Industrieds,Ltd, which recently opened an office centered on the theme of co-creation and innovation. Together, we will explore the workplace as a “boundary object” that blurs boundaries and fosters innovation.
