The 36th NSRI Forum

SEMINAR/EVENT
2016.02.18

With China's economic growth slowing, the country's real estate market continues to deteriorate. With various indicators sluggish, such as falling real estate prices, slowing growth in construction investment, and rising inventory of subdivided housing, there is growing interest in the actual state of real estate prices, whether there are temperature differences between cities and rural areas, and what the future market situation will look like. This time, we plan to invite Mr. Kasuya from the Japan Real Estate Research Institute to give a practical lecture on topics like those mentioned above. (Facilitator: Kenichiro Nakatani)
