Retrospective Exhibition of Cityscape Artist Hiroaki Tachikawa

Hiroaki Tachikawa (1933–2016) was an urban landscape artist and bird’s-eye view illustrator who devised his own unique three-point perspective technique. While making versatile contributions in the fields of urban planning and architecture, he dedicated his life to creating bird’s-eye views of Edo.
Nikken Sekkei has collaborated with him on numerous projects since the 1980s. To honor his memory, we are holding a retrospective exhibition of his work.
