Nikken Sekkei is a comprehensive design firm engaged in architectural and civil engineering design and supervision, urban planning, and related survey, planning, and consulting services. To raise the overall standard and level of the architectural design industry, we are hosting a seminar for students aspiring to become architects to learn about the work of an architectural design firm and its future prospects. If you wish to participate, please apply according to the guidelines below.

1. Details of the Tour
Participants will tour the new headquarters building of a comprehensive machinery manufacturer designed by Nikken Sekkei. Following a presentation by a mechanical engineer on the process of proposing, implementing, and verifying environmental technologies, the group will move to the Nikken Sekkei office for a workshop focused on the themes of next-generation environment, information, and energy.
2. Target Audience
Undergraduate and graduate students affiliated with laboratories in the fields of electrical and information engineering, as well as environmental, facilities, and mechanical engineering
3. Date and Time
Tuesday, October 25, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Approx. 4 hours; the event concludes with a 3-minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station)
