NSRI Forum
SEMINAR/EVENT
2017.03.21
The Nikken Group has begun participating in residential development projects around the world; however, there are many differences between countries and regions in terms of lifestyle, floor area ratio calculations, ventilation and natural lighting, and Feng Shui principles, among other factors, requiring a flexible approach.
At this forum, after reviewing the historical evolution of Japanese housing and the development toward today’s minimalist, high-quality residential units, we will organize the insights gained from our experience to date. Our staff members who have actually been in charge of design will serve as panelists to introduce and explain the characteristics of each region and provide examples of projects we have implemented.
We will also discuss ideas and strategies for Japanese companies to venture into overseas housing development with our guests.
