"Environment, Information, and Energy Study Group" to Be Held (Osaka)
Nikken Sekkei is a comprehensive design firm engaged in architectural and civil engineering design and supervision, urban planning, and related surveys, planning, and consulting services. To raise the overall standard and enhance the quality of the architectural design industry, we are hosting a seminar for students aspiring to become architects to learn about the work of an architectural design firm and its future prospects. If you wish to participate, please apply according to the guidelines below.
We hope this seminar will be of assistance to you as you pursue your studies and plan for your future.
1. Seminar Content
Participants will tour a cultural hall designed by Nikken Sekkei; hear from mechanical and electrical engineers about the process of proposing, implementing, and verifying environmental technologies; and participate in a workshop focused on the next generation of environmental, information, and energy systems.
2. Target Audience
Graduate students belonging to electrical/information engineering laboratories or environmental/mechanical engineering laboratories
3. Date and Time
September 22 (Saturday), 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM (approximately 4.5 hours; event concludes on-site)
4. Meeting Place
Toyonaka City Culture and Arts Center, 1st Floor; Multipurpose Room (Approx. 5-minute walk from “Sone” Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line)

Please note that if we receive a large number of applications, we will select participants by lottery.
