[What Is the Health Management Excellence Certification Program?]
This program recognizes large corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and other organizations that practice particularly exemplary health management, based on initiatives addressing specific health challenges and health promotion efforts promoted by the Japan Health Conference.
By “highlighting” corporations that excel in health management, the program aims to create an environment where these organizations are socially recognized—by employees, job seekers, partner companies, and financial institutions—as entities that “approach employee health management from a business perspective and address it strategically.”
