To help shape a better future for the architectural design industry, we are hosting a seminar for students aspiring to become architects to learn about the work of an organized design firm and its future prospects. If you wish to participate, please apply according to the guidelines below. We hope this seminar will be of assistance to you in your academic studies, research, and future career planning.
1. Seminar Content
At the Nikken Sekkei MEP Design Group office, MEP designers will introduce the processes involved in technical proposals, implementation, and verification.After an exchange of ideas over lunch, we will introduce the roles and responsibilities of mechanical and electrical supervisors. Following that, we will visit Nikken Sekkei Construction Management (NCM) and Nikken Housing Systems (nhs) to introduce their operations.
2. Target Audience
Undergraduate and graduate students belonging to environmental, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering departments
3. Date and Time
Friday, October 15, 2021, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 20, 2021, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
*The program is the same on both the 15th and the 20th. Please attend one of the two sessions.
4. Venue
Nikken Sekkei Tokyo Office.
*Details will be provided to participants at a later date.
*Participants are responsible for their own round-trip transportation costs to and from Nikken Sekkei’s Tokyo Office.
