SCSK netXDC Sanda Center 2 (SH2)

A next-generation data center planned by a systems integrator to further strengthen its business infrastructure. Based on the concepts of “environment,” “sustainability,” and “scalability,” the facility features six computer rooms with a combined capacity equivalent to 250 racks, achieving the highest level of data center specifications, including high-load capabilities (effective power per rack: 8 kVA). It can flexibly accommodate the needs of each tenant on demand. Energy-saving measures—including an outside-air cooling system, an outside-air chilled water production system, and the adoption of ultra-high-efficiency equipment—ensure a PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of 1.3. The exterior design features an open, bright appearance that harmonizes with the surrounding residential landscape.
