Building Services Engineering

In response to climate change, decarbonization, and increasing disaster risks, buildings are required to achieve both environmental performance and resilience. Furthermore, it is essential to ensure performance from various perspectives, including well-being and operational efficiency. In electrical and mechanical equipment engineering, we plan electrical, HVAC, sanitation, and fire prevention equipment in conjunction with architectural design, structure, and cost, while optimizing them with a view to creating comfort and resilience, reducing energy consumption, and ease of operation. We also provide higher value based on evidence that visualizes the thermal environment, lighting, and load characteristics using BIM and various simulations.
