Naofumi Ishida

In 1987, after graduating from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Science and Engineering, at Waseda University, he worked in the design department of a general construction company before joining Nikken Housing Systems in 2002. His specialty is architectural design.Since joining the company, he has primarily been involved in the design of apartment complexes for domestic residential development projects. He received the Good Design Award for “Brisbeige Jingumae (2008),” “City Terrace Saitama Shintoshin (2008),” and “Park Homes Todoroki Residence Square (2011).”He has managed clients primarily consisting of private developers, working on large-scale redevelopment projects and residential development projects. After serving as Director in charge of the Client Relations (Sales) Division at the company since 2016, he transferred to Nikken Sekkei in 2025 following a group reorganization. He is a First-Class Architect and a member of the Japan Institute of Architects.
