After working at a group company (now Nikken Sekkei Research Institute (NSRI)), the Facilities Division (Architectural Design Department), the Architectural Design Department, and the New Business Development Division, he has been engaged in various aspects of building Life Cycle Design (LCD), including mechanical systems design, renovation design, and consulting on life cycle costs (LCC), energy, and environmental issues.He is also involved in the development and operation of a cloud-based building maintenance management data service (NSi2).
