In 2005, he completed the Master’s program in Architectural Engineering at the Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University, and joined Nikken Sekkei. As a member of the HVAC and Plumbing Design Department, he worked on projects such as the Grand Front Osaka, the renovation of the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Osaka Head Office, and the Festival Tower West Plant.He received awards such as the Air Conditioning and Sanitary Engineering Technology Award, the BELCA Award, and the Energy Conservation Grand Prize, contributing to energy-efficient architecture.Since 2021, he has been a member of the Digital Solutions Lab, where he has been engaged in developing a manual for calculating GHG emissions caused by construction, as well as energy conservation resulting from behavioral changes associated with the relocation of the Osaka office, and initiatives related to Smart Workplace and Smart Building. He is also a member of the Sustainable Development Office, which promotes decarbonization within the company.
He holds certifications as a First-Class Architect for Facilities Design, a Professional Engineer (Sanitary Engineering), and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering.
