Takeshi Nakano

He joined Nikken Sekkei in 1991 and transferred to Nikken Space Design in 1995. He has served as Chief Designer since 2007 and as Chief Director since 2012, and has an extensive track record in high-end interior design, focusing primarily on hotels and VIP areas in office buildings. In recent years, his projects have included the “Sanctuary Court Takayama Art Gallery Resort,”“Takarazuka Hotel,” “CONRAD OSAKA,” “Hongtailuejinghui Nursing Home in Changning District, Shanghai,” and “XIV Arima Rikyu.” He consistently strives to create environments that enhance spatial value by ensuring users enjoy enriching spatial experiences. In April 2024, he was transferred back to Nikken Sekkei following a merger.
