Architect and urban designer. After completing his master’s degree in architecture at the University of Tokyo in 1989, he joined Nikken Sekkei.After gaining experience in architectural design and project management for projects such as the “Meiji University 120th Anniversary Memorial Hall Liberty Tower” (2000), he became involved in large-scale domestic development projects, including “Tokyo Midtown” (2007). In recent years, he has been engaged in urban design projects in various Asian countries,winning the “Guangzhou Baiyun Station Urban Design Competition” in China (2018) and the “Busan North Port Urban Design Competition” in South Korea (2019), and receiving the First Prize for Excellent Urban Planning Design from the China Society for Urban Planning for the “Shenzhen Station and Luohu Port Area Urban Design” project (2019).
