SCROLL DOWN

We will be streaming a special talk video featuring leading figures from various fields and architectural designers, themed around how "places" are changing due to the spread of the coronavirus.
The third installment focuses on the theme of "regional revitalization." We welcomed Masayuki Okuda from the food and beverage industry, which has been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and Kenichi Goto, who is working on regional revitalization projects utilizing local resources in various regions, as guests. Based on their respective experiences, they shared their thoughts on the potential of "food" in regional revitalization and the future of regional revitalization beyond COVID-19.
The other party will be Takuya Oba from Nikken Wood Lab at Nikken Sekkei. A new project utilizing "Tsunagi," developed by Nikken Wood Lab, has also been born.
We sincerely hope that many people will take a look at it and that it will be helpful in co-creating for the future.

About the Beyond COVID-19 Special Talk

Industries such as entertainment and food service, which have provided services through "places"—not just urban planning and architecture—have been forced to undergo significant transformations due to the recent pandemic and are still in the midst of searching for solutions. As a company that has been proposing spaces where people gather through urban design and architectural design, we hope to share our knowledge and engage in discussions with people from various fields across industries, more than ever before, in order to envision a new future together with you all. This special talk was planned as the first step in that direction.
