The Seasons Residences (Sunshine Fort Project)

A large-scale mixed-use commercial and residential development project currently under construction in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) in the Philippines, a region experiencing remarkable economic growth. This project occupies a section of Grand Central Park—a 10-hectare development by Federal Land, a major local developer—and is being jointly developed by Nomura Real Estate and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings. The lower levels feature retail facilities that leverage Japanese retail expertise, and the rooftop features approximately 10,000 m² of shared residential space themed around the four seasons of Japan. Above this rooftop stand four high-rise towers with exteriors designed to evoke traditional Japanese beauty, simplicity, and functionality. The approximately 1,400 residential units incorporate a skeleton-infill system and Japanese-style home fixtures.
