Hanako Sugawara

In 2007, after completing a master’s program at Tohoku University, she joined Nikken Sekkei.
As a mechanical and electrical engineer, she worked on projects for medical, research, and educational facilities.
Since 2016, she has primarily been in charge of renovation design and consulting services during the building operation phase (including building systems deterioration assessments, formulation of medium- to long-term maintenance plans, and asset utilization).
In addition to her specialty in building systems design, she aims to provide comprehensive proposals for buildings, including architectural aspects.
