Hideki Yamamoto

In 1989, he completed his master’s degree at Kyushu University. After working at a general construction company, he joined Nikken Sekkei in 2000. He was responsible for planning, urban planning, and project management for large-scale mixed-use development projects integrating architecture and civil engineering, such as “Iida-cho i-Garden Air,” “Midland Square,” and “Tokyo Skytree.” In 2010, he was transferred to the Nagoya Office, where he worked on numerous high-level government plans and concepts—such as the “Nagoya Station Area Urban Development Concept”—as well as private-sector development plans. He also frequently participated in advocacy activities organized by local economic organizations. He has served as Representative for Nagoya since 2018.
