Hiroyuki Suzuki

In 2006, after completing a master’s program at the Tokyo Metropolitan University Graduate School, he joined Nikken Housing Systems. His specialty is architectural design. Since joining the company, he has primarily been engaged in the design and supervision of apartment complexes, focusing on domestic housing development projects in central Tokyo.Projects he has been responsible for include “Wellith Tower Atago Toranomon” (2014), “Miyamasuzaka Building” (2020), “PROUD EBISU HILLSIDE GARDEN” (2020), and “LEGASIS Nakameguro” (2024). Miyamasuzaka Building, for which he received the Good Design Award and the Japan Resilience Award (Resilience Grand Prize) 2023 Runner-up Grand Prize and Gold Prize. In recent years, he has been actively involved in a wide range of projects, including luxury condominium developments and large-scale redevelopment projects. He joined Nikken Sekkei in 2025. He is a Class 1 Registered Architect.
