Masumi Arakawa

In 2006, after completing the Master’s program in Design Management Engineering at the Kyoto Institute of Technology Graduate School, he joined Nikken Sekkei.
His specialty is architectural project management.
He specializes in managing projects—particularly hotel developments—that involve collaboration with experts both within and outside the company.He has a track record of working on foreign-owned and luxury hotels, including “The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto,” “Le Méridien Shenyang (China),” “Halekulani Okinawa,” “Mezm Tokyo,” and “W Osaka.” Maintaining a neutral perspective while adopting a proactive stance, he works with the motto of maximizing project value.
