Nobutaka Kobe

Graduated from Toyota National College of Technology in 1992. After working at a general construction company, he joined Nikken Sekkei in 2008. His specialty is construction cost management. He has been involved in cost management for a wide range of projects, including educational facilities, research facilities, medical facilities, offices, commercial facilities, public facilities, and large-scale redevelopment projects. Through the development of procurement strategies based on analysis of construction market conditions, value engineering, and support for price negotiations, he works to improve projects from a cost perspective. He holds certifications as a First-Class Architect and a First-Class Construction Management Engineer.
