Takahiro Omura

After completing his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Nagaoka University of Technology in 1982, he joined Nikken Sekkei.
Since 1985, when he began working as a consultant on the Harumi 1-chome Urban Redevelopment Project (Harumi Triton Square), he has built a track record in consulting for numerous redevelopment projects, land readjustment projects, and voluntary private-sector joint ventures.The key to successfully advancing joint projects such as urban redevelopment is to appropriately coordinate between landowners, government agencies, and developers while maintaining a balance among them. I intend to continue contributing to society by leveraging the project management skills I have cultivated through my experience to date.Redevelopment Planner, Condominium Rebuilding Advisor, Full Member of the Redevelopment Coordinators Association, and recipient of the 2015 Takayama Redevelopment Award.
