BRANZ BSD

Located in BSD, a new city near Jakarta, this ultra-high-rise condominium complex is themed as an urban resort. The tower features a U-shaped plan surrounding an atrium, and the rooftop garden on the lower floors includes a pool, water features, and a playground, creating a space for active interaction among residents. The tower's exterior is primarily made of glass curtain walls, while the lower floors feature a design using GRC louvers. The dominant beige color creates a warm, resort-like atmosphere within the city.
