Waterfront-type TOD development

A proposal for a future vision for Vladivostok, a city in the Russian Far East. The plan involves redevelopment that will revitalize the city center and waterfront, triggered by the relocation of port functions. A business district will spread out from the center of the waterfront area, centered around Vladivostok Station, with a seaside promenade extending through previously restricted areas. Meanwhile, on the north side of the city, the plan proposes the development of a new station and surrounding business district to support economic growth, and the introduction of recreation and entertainment facilities along the Pervaya-Rechka River, anticipating future population growth.
