Shin Morii

In 1991, he completed his master’s degree at Hokkaido University and joined Nikken Sekkei. Specializing in urban planning, he has been involved in a wide range of consulting projects since joining the firm, including the creation of master plans and area visions for urban disaster prevention, private-sector urban development, statutory redevelopment projects, and condominium reconstruction projects.
He has experience with redevelopment and urban planning projects in regional cities. His major achievements include the Kumamoto Sakuramachi District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project (SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto) and the Kumamoto City Tsuboi District Redevelopment Project (SDK Kumamoto Building).
