Tetsutaro Nishida

After graduating from the Department of Design at Takarazuka University of Art and Design, he joined Nikken Sekkei in 1992. His specialty is interior design. His portfolio spans a wide range of projects, including financial institutions, medical and educational facilities, and hotels; in recent years, however, he has focused primarily on workplace projects, such as the IBM Japan Osaka Office and the Mixi Headquarters. His strength lies in his ability to approach the identification and resolution of fundamental challenges from both an intuitive and logical perspective. In addition to numerous design awards, he has won the Nikkei New Office Award 11 times.
