Since 1900, our company has completed approximately 25,000 architectural and urban development projects and has received numerous awards for sustainability and energy conservation.Since 1997, we have established action guidelines and procedures for environmental management activities within our environmental management system based on ISO 14001. We are steadily advancing our contribution to environmental conservation, including by incorporating our ZEB initiatives into our environmental goals.
We promote the adoption of ZEB standards in each project through the following initiatives.

*For all new construction projects (including both design and consulting) undertaken by the company in fiscal year 2030, all buildings must be ZEBs;
and for existing projects (including both design and consulting), we aim to increase the ZEB area (in square meters) by at least 50% compared to fiscal year 2025.
- We go beyond simply planning facilities to reduce energy consumption; we leverage our analytical and presentation skills in BIM, lighting, wind, thermal, acoustic, and energy analysis to provide ZEB design and consulting services through environmental design that is fully integrated with architectural planning.
- We are advancing initiatives for ZEBs across a wide range of applications, including not only offices but also eco-schools and airport terminals. We also propose and implement measures for the verification phase, such as ZEB commissioning. While realizing environmentally friendly architecture, we will promote its achievements and aim to win numerous domestic and international awards related to the environment. To further promote the adoption of ZEBs, we will evaluate their comprehensive investment returns, rather than limiting our analysis to energy-saving benefits alone.
Mizunami North Junior High School: A “Super Eco School” Aiming to Become a Zero-Energy School
At Super Eco School Mizunami North Junior High School (Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture), the school aims to history, and industries in its energy-saving plan. The school aims to become a zero-energy school by introducing lighting and air-conditioning systems that simultaneously improve health and the learning environment while conserving energy, and by establishing an environmental education system designed to naturally foster awareness of the environment and energy conservation.
