Dubai Maritimes City Landmark Tower

Designed to symbolize courage and energy, the shape of the DMC Landmark Tower evokes the image of a ship setting sail. The building’s sleek, curved lines are a statement of elegance and sophistication at the end of a group of high-rises standing along the axis of the Creek Plaza, a unique development which comprises part of Dubai’s ambitious international maritime business hub master plan. The podium that roots the tower creates an amphitheater-like area at the end of an open space along the central mall. The tower’s three underground floors and 45 above ground floors will house an ultra-luxurious five-star hotel, serviced apartments, a business center, retail and leisure facilities and a 927-capacity car park.
