To a cosmopolitan mixed-use urban district surrounded by greenery and steeped in history
A large-scale mixed-use development comprising office and hotel towers and residential buildings on the site of a former large hotel. By taking advantage of the site’s varying elevations—with underground parking and high-rise buildings—the project created extensive public spaces at ground level. In addition to establishing a diverse network of pedestrian pathways connecting to the surrounding area, the project preserved and restored the former Tokyo Residence of the Royal Family of Lee, a Tokyo Metropolitan Government-designated Tangible Cultural Property that was located on the site.
