In 2001, after completing the master’s program at Musashi Institute of Technology (now Tokyo City University), he joined Nikken Housing Systems.Since joining the company, he has been involved in a wide range of activities, including design and supervision for private-sector condominiums and rental apartment complexes, senior residences, redevelopment projects, and condominium reconstruction, as well as product development in the housing sector, building materials development, and the establishment of new business ventures.In April 2025, he was transferred following the merger with Nikken Sekkei. Recent projects he has led include the “Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Athletes’ Village (HARUMI FLAG),” “Miyamasuzaka Building,” and “Parkwell State Nishi-Azabu.”He has received numerous awards, including the Good Design Award, the London International Creative Competition, the Design for Asia Award, and the MIPIM ASIA Award. He is a First-Class Architect, a CASBEE evaluator, a member of the Architectural Institute of Japan, a member of the Japan Institute of Architects, and an APEC ARCHITECT.
