Kenichiro Toi

Graduated from Kyoto Institute of Technology, Department of Design and Crafts in 1989. Joined Nikken Sekkei in the same year.
He moved to Nikken Space Design in 1996. From April 2024, he transferred to Nikken Sekkei following a merger.
He is responsible for creating highly hospitable spaces and products, primarily in hotels and medical facilities, including railway cars, and has a wealth of practical experience and numerous awards both domestically and internationally. In all projects, he prioritizes the user's perspective and pursues the creation of spaces that engage all five senses.
