Otomo Takeomi

In 1991, after completing the Graduate School of Engineering at Nagaoka University of Technology, he joined Nikken Sekkei. Since then, he has been involved in numerous projects related to the design of urban and social infrastructure facilities. His specialty is site development. He is well-versed not only in the design of roads, site grading, stormwater drainage, wastewater drainage, parks and green spaces, and disaster prevention centers, but also in obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for development projects. He has also been involved in overseas projects, gaining experience in master planning for residential areas, industrial parks, and resorts. Believing that the success of a project depends on relationships of trust with clients and stakeholders, he always strives to maintain smooth communication. He holds certifications as a First-Class Architect and a Professional Engineer (Urban and Regional Planning).
